A bronze singing bowl shaped entirely by hand in Nepal, the old blacksmith way: the metal is heated until soft, hammered, heated again, and hammered again until the bowl takes form. No molds, no machines. Each strike produces one clear harmonic note with a deep hum underneath it, blending into a smooth, calming sound that helps quiet a busy mind.
Why this bowl sounds different
The wall of a good healing bowl cannot be too thick or too thin. Too thick and the sound dies fast. Too thin and it turns sharp and metallic. Our artisans hammer these bowls to the balance point in between, which is why one strike gives you a warm fundamental tone, a soft vibrating hum, and a gentle metallic shimmer, all blended together instead of fighting each other. You will feel the vibration in your hand before you hear it fade.

Details
- Material: traditional bronze alloy
- Made in: Nepal, by hand, start to finish

Which size should you pick?
6″ to 7″ is the easiest starting point: comfortable in one hand, bright clear tone. 8″ to 9″ gives a fuller, longer-lasting sound, good for meditation and yoga sessions. 10″ to 11″ produces the deep, room-filling tones that sound healers use for sound baths.
